We are seeking a Mobile App Security Integration & Support Engineer to join our mobile application security team. We provide a mobile app security solution that enterprise customers, primarily banks and financial institutions, integrate into their Android and iOS applications to protect the application and its network traffic. Every customer application is built differently, using native, Flutter, React Native or Cordova/Ionic stacks and a range of networking libraries, so integrating the solution correctly requires someone who understands how each stack builds, loads native code and makes network calls.

This is a customer-facing engineering role. Most of your time will be spent working with customer development teams to integrate the solution into their applications, resolving integration and runtime issues, and supporting them through testing and go-live. The remainder will be hands-on development: maintaining sample applications and framework wrappers, fixing bugs, and keeping the solution compatible with current OS, framework and library releases.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Integration and Support

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers integrating the solution into their Android, iOS and cross-platform applications, from kick-off through go-live and post-production support.
- Assess each customer application before integration – development stack, build system, networking libraries and HTTP client configuration, third-party libraries, obfuscation and packaging settings – and define the correct integration approach for that application.
- Guide customer developers through the integration hands-on: walkthroughs, pair-integration sessions, review of their integration code, and validation that the solution is initialised correctly and applied consistently across every network path in the application.
- Reproduce, diagnose and resolve issues reported by customers – build and dependency failures, crashes, connectivity failures after enabling the solution, false positives from its security checks, and conflicts with other third-party libraries or custom HTTP client setups – with root-cause analysis across the native and cross-platform layers.
- Support customer UAT, security testing (VAPT) and production rollouts,



and help customers verify that the solution behaves as expected on real devices.
- Manage support tickets within agreed SLAs, keep customers informed of progress, and escalate confirmed product defects to the core development team with clear reproduction steps, logs and sample code.
- Support pre-sales activities: integration feasibility assessments for prospect applications, proof-of-concept integrations, and responses to technical questionnaires.

Development

- Build and maintain reference applications, integration guides and code samples for each supported stack and networking library, and a troubleshooting knowledge base built from real customer cases.
- Develop and maintain the wrappers and plugins that make the solution available to Flutter, React Native and Cordova/Ionic applications.
- Contribute bug fixes and small enhancements to the solution, and keep it compatible with new Android and iOS releases, framework updates and networking-library versions.
- Test each release of the solution against the supported stack and library matrix, and maintain the compatibility matrix.
- Track platform and framework changes that affect integration – OS releases, App Store and Play Store policy changes, network security configuration changes, major framework releases – and update integration guidance proactively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 3+ years of hands-on mobile application development experience, with production experience on both Android and iOS.
- Native development: Android (Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Gradle) and iOS (Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager).
- Cross-platform development: working experience with at least one of Flutter or React Native, including how it bridges to native code (platform channels/FFI, native modules/TurboModules) and how its networking is implemented; familiarity with Cordova, Ionic, and Capacitor.
- Solid understanding of the mobile networking layer and hands-on experience with the networking libraries in common use, including:

- Practical knowledge of TLS and certificate handling as it applies to mobile apps – certificate chains and trust evaluation, Android Network Security Config, iOS App Transport Security, custom trust managers and interceptors – and the common ways these break in production.
- Experience integrating third-party libraries and components into existing applications and resolving dependency, build and packaging conflicts (Gradle, CocoaPods/SPM, npm/yarn, pub; ProGuard/R8, minification, app bundles).
- Strong debugging skills across layers: Android Studio and Xcode debuggers, logcat and Console logs, crash log symbolication, and traffic analysis tools such as Charles, mitmproxy or Burp Suite.
- Understanding of mobile application security fundamentals (OWASP MASVS/MASTG, OWASP Mobile Top 10), sufficient to explain what the solution protects against and to triage customer security findings.
- Excellent customer-facing communication: able to explain technical issues clearly to customer developers and non-technical stakeholders, write precise integration guides and ticket updates, and work within enterprise customers' change and release processes.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience integrating or supporting mobile application security solutions.
- Experience working with banking, fintech or other regulated enterprise customers, and awareness of regulatory expectations for mobile application security (RBI, NPCI, CERT-In).
- Experience building cross-platform plugin wrappers (Flutter plugins, React Native native modules, Cordova plugins).
- Hands-on exposure to mobile security testing tools (Frida, Objection, jadx, Hopper/Ghidra, virtual devices) and mobile VAPT workflows.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD and test automation (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Bitrise; Espresso, XCUITest, Appium).
- Knowledge of backend integration and cloud services (REST APIs, AWS, Firebase).
- Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
