Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations using advanced Excel skills.
- Develop macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Create complex formulas, functions, and conditional formatting for data analysis.
- Design and implement effective MIS operations processes to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights through visualizations.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 4-9 years of experience in (BFSI Industry) a similar role as an Advanced Excel MIS Specialist.
- Proficiency in creating complex reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Excel).
- Strong understanding of VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, HLOOKUPs, COUNTIFs, SUMIFs, INDEX/ Match functions.
- Experience working on Incentive Calculation projects or similar roles requiring robust analytical skills.
