Role: HR MIS Specialist

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate employee and HR-related databases and records.
- Prepare MIS reports covering recruitment, employee headcount, joining, attrition, attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
- Track recruitment data including open positions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, joining, and pending cases.
- Generate recruitment dashboards and reports for management review.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyse HR data and highlight trends, gaps, and key observations to management.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates from the HR team.
- Prepare headcount and manpower reports department-wise, location-wise, and designation-wise.
- Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and management presentations.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and automated MIS wherever possible.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation,



and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to collect and verify required information.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and HR-related information.
- Support HR operations and other reporting requirements as assigned.

Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, filters, sorting, and data validation.
- Knowledge of Power Query / Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid follow-up and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple reports simultaneously.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- HR/MBA qualification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in HR MIS, HR Operations MIS, Recruitment MIS, or HR Analytics is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
