About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive who can manage daily reports, data, operational coordination, and other business-related activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, basic AI tools, and online platforms.

This role is suitable for a fresher or an experienced candidate who is willing to learn, take responsibility, and handle multiple tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, organize, verify, and analyze business data.
- Maintain records in Excel / Google Sheets and ensure data accuracy.
- Track sales, inventory, orders, store performance, and other operational data as required.
- Prepare dashboards, summaries, and reports for management.
- Use basic AI tools to improve reporting, data analysis, documentation, and day-to-day productivity.
- Coordinate with store, sales, operations, and other internal teams for collecting required information.
- Handle data entry, data cleaning, and regular database updates.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data whenever required.
- Work on Shopify-related data and reports when required.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information in reports and coordinate with the concerned team for correction.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Be flexible and willing to take up multiple responsibilities beyond regular MIS work.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.




- Basic understanding of MIS reporting and data management.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work with numbers and large amounts of data.
- Willingness to learn new software and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Basic knowledge of Shopify will be an advantage.
- Experience or educational background in the fashion industry will be a plus.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory, sales, or e-commerce will be an advantage.
- Candidates who have previously worked with Shopify, POS systems, or e-commerce platforms will be preferred.

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in MIS, retail, e-commerce, operations, or a related field are welcome.
- Candidates from a fashion / retail background will have an added advantage.
- Candidates living near the store/location will be preferred for better availability and convenience.
