About the Role

Vedantu is looking for a sharp and execution-focused MIS Executive to support the YouTube POD. The role will be responsible for building dashboards, tracking channel and business performance, identifying gaps against targets, and automating repetitive reporting processes.

You will work closely with the Category Head and cross-functional teams to ensure that key business information is accurate, easily accessible, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain centralized MIS dashboards for YouTube channels and products.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly business and channel performance.
- Monitor Target vs. Achievement and proactively identify performance gaps.
- Create dashboards covering Views & Reach, Leads, Product Sales, Revenue, Conversion, Content Performance, Launch Performance, Teacher/Channel Performance, and other relevant KPIs.
- Consolidate data from YouTube, sales reports, content trackers, Google Sheets, and internal systems into a single source of truth.
- Analyze data to identify trends, high-performing and underperforming areas, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and review decks for the Category Head.
- Work with channel owners, content, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data updates.




- Build and maintain Google Apps Script automations to reduce repetitive manual work.
- Automate data consolidation, report generation, target tracking, alerts, data cleaning, and recurring reporting workflows.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot to improve reporting, analysis, and automation efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all MIS reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, Operations Analytics, Growth Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong command of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, QUERY, INDEX-MATCH, advanced formulas, data cleaning, and dashboard creation.
- Good working knowledge of Google Apps Script and reporting automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and convert raw data into meaningful business insights.
- Strong understanding of Target vs. Achievement tracking.
- High attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in YouTube, EdTech, digital content, or consumer internet businesses.
- Experience building automated dashboards or Apps Script-based workflows.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
- Exceptional freshers with strong analytical, Excel/Google Sheets, and automation skills may also be considered.
