Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive to support the Wealth Management team through accurate reporting, data analysis, and timely preparation of management reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Wealth

Management team.
- Track and report AUM, revenue, client acquisition, business performance, targets,

and achievement.
- Maintain accurate databases of clients, RMs, portfolios, and business transactions.
- Prepare performance dashboards and management reports for review by senior

management.
- Track individual and team-wise targets and highlight gaps against business objectives.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by the Wealth team.
- Coordinate with RMs, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders for data collection

and validation.




- Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related

field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, or Operations,

preferably in Wealth Management / Financial Services.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas,

and data management.
- Good analytical and numerical skills with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet strict reporting timelines.
- Knowledge of Power BI / dashboards will be an added advantage.
