About the Role

Key accountabilities for the role: The key responsibilities of the role preparing MIS, Data analytics and drive procurement excellence programs.

Responsibilities

- Preparing MIS, Data analytics and driving procurement excellence programs.
- Management and departmental MIS.
- PPV calculation for direct procurement against budget with the help of SAP data.
- Data preparation for Organization Annual report - ESG Inputs (SCM related).
- ESG assessment for select suppliers as per the target.
- Planning and scheduling the assessment in discussion with the supplier and EHS team. Assessment will be conducted by EHS team.
- ESG training for suppliers as per the target.
- Planning and scheduling the training in discussion with the supplier and EHS team.
- Monitoring ESG targets for SCM and working towards achieving the same.
- Scope 3 Road map preparation.
- Collecting, cleaning and analyzing data for providing meaningful insights for strategic business decisions.
- Annual RM/PM Price budgeting exercise for direct materials.
- Data collection, analysis and creating baseline.




- Coordinate with Purchaser to get latest market price for the materials.
- Co ordinating with both finance and Purchaser to fix the correct Budget Price.
- Co-ordinating with IT team for automation/digitization Initiatives w.r.t, Procurement team (Developed new T code for supplier outstanding payment in SAP).
- Coordinating with CFT for Value creation activities and Integration (Part of Integration).
- Data Compilation and preparing the meeting schedules and Agenda for conferences.
- Coordinating for application for SCM excellence assessment across SCM (Planning, Logistics, Procurement and AVD).
- Mentoring LSSGB projects from SCM and supporting them to get certified successfully.

Qualifications

Postgraduate with 2 - 6 Years of experience with MIS and Data Analytics

Skills

- Functional Skills: Advance Excel, SAP and Analytical skills, ESG knowledge, MS PowerPoint
- Behavioral Skills: Valuable Communication & Interpersonal skills
