Responsibilities

- Multi-Product Backend Engineering: Lead the design, coding, testing, and deployment of robust server-side features across our core services and other active production applications.

- New Platform Development: Actively participate in the system architecture design, data flow mapping, and clean-code implementation for our upcoming new software platforms.

- API Lifecycle Management: Build, optimise, and maintain secure integration layers, webhooks, and data-sync engines to eliminate desynchronisation issues across distinct internal databases.

- Tier-3 Technical Support: Act as the highest technical escalation point for critical backend errors, synchronisation failures, and complex system bugs, executing efficient root-cause analysis.

- Code Quality & Peer Reviews: Maintain high engineering standards by writing comprehensive unit tests, documenting API contracts, and participating in constructive code reviews.

Requirements

- Advanced .NET Stack: At least seven years of solid commercial software development experience using C#, .NET Core and .NET 6/8+ web technologies.

- Robust Web API Engineering: Proven track record of architecting scalable, secure and well-documented RESTful APIs and microservices handling complex JSON payloads.

- Database and SQL Governance: Deep understanding of relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL), advanced Entity Framework Core configuration, data modelling, query optimisation and transaction management.

- Secure Coding Practices: Robust familiarity with enterprise application security standards,



role-based access control (RBAC) and secure token handling (JWT/OAuth2).

- Software Design Patterns: Solid practical command of software engineering principles, including SOLID, DRY, Clean Architecture and Dependency Injection.

- Multi-CRM System Background: Desired hands-on experience integrating, customising or managing data pipelines connected to major corporate CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or Zoho One equivalents).

- AI Integration and Automated Agents: Desired practical exposure to connecting backend APIs with AI models and LLM endpoints (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) and deploying automated AI agents to optimise business operations.

- Frontend and JavaScript: Foundational operational familiarity with AngularJS, native JavaScript and Node.js environments to assist in cross-platform logic mapping.

- DevOps and Cloud: Operational experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Key Vault secret management and version control via Git repository tracking.

- Architectural Autonomy: Ability to take high-level business requirements from senior management, identify edge cases and independently transform them into sound technical designs.

- Engineering Integrity: Commitment to writing clean, self-authored and maintainable code without relying on unverified shortcuts.

- Professional English: Fluent English (B1 level or higher) is mandatory for effective collaboration with international stakeholders.

- Adaptability: Agile and enthusiastic about working across multiple products, and ready to adopt new technologies.
