The Role

We’re looking for a technically strong, creative, and approachable Graphic Designer who can design, lead, and think conceptually. Someone who ensures brand consistency, elevates the creative team, and enjoys working on branding, UI/UX, campaigns, presentations, and mentoring juniors.

What You’ll Own

- Lead creative projects from concept development to final execution.
- Guide and support junior and mid-level designers in their day-to-day work.
- Review design outputs and ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Develop complete brand identities, visual systems, and brand assets.
- Create campaign creatives across digital, social media, print, advertising, and marketing platforms.
- Design newspaper advertisements, inserts, packaging, catalogues, covers, and other print materials.
- Develop outdoor and signage creatives including hoardings, metro banners, bus branding, standees, LED boards, pillar branding, danglers, and related formats.
- Create branding and identity materials including logos, stationery, icons, merchandise, and other brand applications.
- Develop UI/UX layouts, website designs, landing pages, and digital interfaces.
- Create pitch decks, presentations, mockups, and visual concepts for creative proposals.
- Develop reusable templates, design systems, and creative assets.
- Adapt and resize creatives across multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
- Support art direction and creative production for shoots and campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis, creative research,



and trend analysis to identify current opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, video, and digital teams.
- Manage multiple creative projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Take ownership of creative decisions and proactively identify solutions to design challenges.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, AI technologies, and industry practices.

What You Should Be Strong In

- 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with experience in a leadership or senior creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with UI/UX design.
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, colour, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Strong experience in digital, print, advertising, outdoor, and social media design.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and visual systems.
- Ability to develop creative concepts independently.
- Strong presentation and pitch-deck design skills.
- Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to designers.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and prompting.
- Understanding of motion, multimedia production, and art direction is an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Bangalore

Work Timings:

- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5.5 working days)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
