We are looking for Microsoft Purview L1 Analysts to support day-to-day monitoring, triage, ticket handling, evidence collection and reporting for Microsoft Purview compliance and data protection operations. The role focuses on DLP alert monitoring, sensitivity label support, basic audit/eDiscovery assistance, user query handling, and escalation of privacy or data leakage incidents to L2/L3 teams.
The candidate should have basic understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams, along with awareness of Microsoft Purview DLP, Information Protection, Audit and DPDP Act concepts relevant to personal data handling in India.
