? We're Hiring: Microsoft Purview & DLP Engineer

? Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST

? What You'll Do

- Design, configure, test and maintain Microsoft Purview DLP and Information Protection controls.
- Configure sensitivity labels, sensitive information types, classifiers and DLP policies.
- Implement DLP across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and endpoints.
- Perform simulations, testing and staged rollouts before production deployment.
- Analyse and tune false positives, false negatives, exceptions and policy conditions.
- Develop PowerShell and API automation for deployment, reporting and configuration assurance.
- Integrate DLP alerts and cases with security and service-management workflows.
- Manage releases, rollback, configuration drift, logging and operational support.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and policy standards.

✅ What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and Information Protection.
- Strong experience with sensitivity labels, classifiers, DLP policies, conditions,



actions and exceptions.
- Production experience across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Endpoint DLP.
- Strong testing, simulation, tuning, rollout and troubleshooting skills.
- Valuable PowerShell experience.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Defender XDR and Microsoft 365 audit/logging.
- Understanding of privacy, data classification and information-handling requirements.

? Preferred Skills
- Experience with non-Microsoft cloud applications and web channels.
- ServiceNow/API integration experience.
- Microsoft Information Security certification.
- Experience with enterprise information protection environments.
