Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Microsoft Engineer to join our technical team. This is an entry-level chance for B.E./B.Tech graduates interested in Microsoft technologies, troubleshooting, networking, and network security.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and support.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.

· Assist in configuring and maintaining Microsoft environments.

· Monitor network connectivity and system performance.

· Support user accounts, permissions, and access management.

· Assist with network security and basic security monitoring.

· Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues.

· Document technical issues and resolutions.

· Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers.





· Follow IT security and infrastructure best practices.

Required Skills

· B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.

· Basic understanding of networking concepts.

· Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting.

· Basic understanding of network security.

· Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft technologies.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

· Good communication and documentation skills.

· Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
