Role & responsibilities

- Operate micro surfacing machinery and equipment.

- Carry out micro surfacing work as per project requirements.

- Monitor machine operation, material flow and application.

- Ensure proper mixing and application of micro surfacing materials.

- Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting of equipment.

- Coordinate with site engineers and road construction teams.

- Maintain machine and operation records.

- Follow project quality, safety and operating procedures.

- Report equipment issues and operational abnormalities to the maintenance/site team.

Preferred candidate profile

- 38 years of experience operating micro surfacing or similar road construction equipment.

- Experience in road maintenance/highway projects preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of machine operation and material application.

- Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

- Willing to work at project sites and travel as required.
