We are looking for a skilled Metallurgist to join our engineering and production team. The Metallurgist will be responsible for studying the properties, performance, and processing of metals and alloys to improve product quality, optimize manufacturing processes, and support material selection for various engineering applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in materials science, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience with metallurgical testing and analysis.

· Analyze the physical and chemical properties of metals and alloys used in production.

· Conduct metallurgical testing, including hardness, tensile, impact, and microstructure analysis.

· Develop, test, and implement metal treatment processes (e.g., heat treatment, annealing , case carburizing).

· Provide technical support for material selection and failure analysis in design and production.





· Investigate product failures and recommend process or material improvements.

· Monitor and control metallurgical processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

· Prepare metallurgical reports and maintain documentation of test results and process data.

· Collaborate with production & quality teams to enhance product performance and cost efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations (ISO, ASTM, ASME, etc.).

· Support continuous improvement initiatives in material utilization, recycling, and sustainability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
