A good lead isn't a cheap form fill. It's someone who is eligible, genuinely interested, and likely to become a customer. We need someone who can find those people on Meta.

Meta is one of our largest sources of new enquiries. As our Meta Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll own Facebook and Instagram across multiple products, countries and customer segments. You'll be measured on business outcomes, not just platform metrics.
What you will own
- Campaign strategy: plan, build and run campaigns for PR and migration, overseas jobs, study abroad, coaching and visa services
- Account structure: choose between Advantage+ and manual setups, CBO and ABO, and lead forms and website conversions, and know when each fits
- Budgets: manage spend across products and markets, paced daily against monthly targets
- Lead quality: track every lead through counselling, payment and enrolment with the CRM and sales teams, and catch junk or ineligible patterns early
- Signal feedback: send qualified-lead and conversion data back to Meta through Conversions API and offline events, so it optimises for customers, not form fills
- Testing: run a documented roadmap across audiences, hooks, formats (Reels, static, carousel, lead forms), offers and landing pages
- Creative direction: brief the creative team on which angles convert, which are fatiguing, and what to make next
- Remarketing: build full-funnel journeys (site visitors, eligibility-calculator users, webinar registrants, dormant leads) that complement email and WhatsApp
- Tracking: own Pixel,
CAPI, events and UTMs, and reconcile Meta numbers with GA4 and the CRM
- Compliance: keep every ad within Meta policies, including the special ad category rules for employment ads, and never overpromise visa outcomes, timelines or job placements
- Reporting: weekly and monthly reviews that lead with the answer: what changed, why, and what's next

Qualified lead volume · cost per qualified lead · lead-to-sale conversion · revenue and ROAS from Meta · profitable scaling of spend
What you bring
- 3–6 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, building and optimising campaigns yourself, not only overseeing agencies
- A proven record in lead generation for a high-consideration product or service
- Experience managing large monthly budgets across multiple campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, event setup and UTM tracking
- Comfort with data: advanced Excel or Google Sheets, and the ability to read GA4 and CRM reports
- A robust eye for creative: you can look at an ad and explain why it works or doesn't
- Clear written and verbal communication
