Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of merchant banking mandates including M&A;, private equity placements, and structured capital raises.
- Build and manage client relationships with founders, CFOs, and institutional investors to drive deal flow and close transactions.
- Structure financial models, pitch decks, and information memoranda tailored to investor appetite and sector dynamics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across legal, tax, and compliance to ensure seamless transaction execution and regulatory adherence.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis,



and valuation benchmarks to support deal strategy and pricing.
- Present transaction updates and strategy to senior leadership and client boards with clarity and conviction.
