Looking for Candidates with 1 to 4 years of Experience in Merchandising Role. Should have valuable communication and coordination skill.
- Assist in handling buyer communications related to orders, samples, and approvals.
- Coordinate with sampling, production, quality, and sourcing teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare and maintain order files, tech packs, BOMs, and costing sheets.
- Follow up on sample development, fit comments, and approval status.
- Track production schedules and highlight potential delays to seniors.
- Assist in fabric and trims sourcing, price comparisons, and vendor follow-ups.
- Support in preparing purchase orders and material requirement details.
- Monitor in-line and final inspection status and coordinate corrective actions if required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and company procedures.
