About the Role

RBZ Jewellers is looking for a Merchandiser – Diamond & Polki Jewellery to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in jewellery merchandising/product planning, with solid knowledge of Diamond & Polki jewellery and a good understanding of market trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle merchandising and product planning for Diamond & Polki jewellery.
- Analyse market trends, customer preferences and competitor offerings.
- Plan and develop product assortments and new collections based on market demand.
- Coordinate with Design, Sourcing, Production and Sales teams for product development and execution.
- Monitor product performance, pricing,



margins and inventory movement.
- Identify new product opportunities and support category growth.
- Ensure product assortments are aligned with market requirements and business objectives.

Candidate Profile

- 2–10 years of relevant experience in jewellery merchandising/product planning.
- Strong knowledge of Diamond & Polki jewellery is mandatory.
- Good understanding of jewellery market trends, designs and customer preferences.
- Strong analytical, commercial and coordination skills.
- Exposure to Bridal/Traditional jewellery will be an added advantage.
