Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Footwear Merchandiser to coordinate with buyers and internal departments to ensure timely execution of orders while maintaining quality standards and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with buyers through email and phone calls regarding order requirements.
- Review Purchase Orders (POs), product specifications, and order details.
- Follow up on sample development and approvals.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Planning teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor material availability and production progress.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of orders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and order status reports.
- Resolve buyer queries and provide regular order updates.




- Maintain proper documentation related to orders and merchandising activities.

Required Skills
- Experience in Footwear Merchandising.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification
- Graduate (Preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in the Footwear Industry (Preferred).

Salary Negotiable, based on experience.

Preferred Experience

- Knowledge of Lasting, Packing, and Footwear Production processes.
- Experience in handling Export or Domestic Footwear orders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
