Role Description The Merchandise Manager is responsible for planning, selecting, and managing jewellery assortments that align with brand standards and customer preferences. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating replenishment, and ensuring optimal stock availability across product categories.

The role includes analyzing sales trends, customer feedback, and market movements to guide buying decisions and merchandise strategies.

The Merchandise

Manager collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and store teams to enhance product presentation, support promotional activities,



and improve overall customer experience. The position also requires maintaining strong vendor relationships, overseeing product quality checks, and contributing to seasonal and bridal collection planning.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proven Sales experience, with the ability to understand customer needs and support store performance targets.
- Hands-on Inventory Management expertise, including tracking stock levels, forecasting demand, and reducing stock-outs or overstock.
- Experience in Assortment planning, product selection, and category management for luxury or fashion retail.
- Relevant background in retail merchandising, jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic merchandising and inventory software tools.
- Ability to work on-site full time in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate in a fast-paced retail workplace.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is an advantage.
