Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and manage jewellery assortments based on market demand, customer preferences, and business requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify current jewellery trends, designs, price points, and customer preferences.
- Strongly understand Diamond and Polki jewellery, including designs, product characteristics, and market positioning.
- Support product planning, new product development, and assortment planning based on market insights.
- Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, sales, and marketing teams for product development and launches.
- Analyse sales and market data to identify high-demand products and assortment gaps.
- Track competitor offerings, pricing, collections, and emerging jewellery trends.
- Support decisions on product mix, quantities, pricing, and seasonal/collection-wise planning.
- Maintain robust awareness of developments and trends across the jewellery market.
