Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the design team for high-rise building projects, ensuring timely delivery of MEP designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex construction projects.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Oversee the implementation of BIM models in design processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Job Requirements :

- 20-30 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction industry.

- Solid expertise in data center design, high rise building design, and MEP systems.

- Proficiency in using software such as Revit or similar tools for creating detailed drawings and models.
