- MEP Engineer I FFTG & HVAC Experience

Position - Electrical & Mechanical Engineer

Experience - 8 -10 Years for B.E. / B.Tech in Level “ I ” – 1 Nos.

5 -8 Years for Diploma in Level “ J “ – 3 Nos.

Location - Jamnagar, Gujarat Project - High-Rise Residential / Industrial Construction

· Supervise and execute Fire Fighting and HVAC installation works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and other MEP disciplines.

· Monitor site manpower, subcontractors, and daily work progress.

· Prepare and maintain quality documentations

· Material Inspection report, check list, testing report etc.

· Perform Joint measurement of executed work with sub-contractors/ Vendors and maintain records.

· Ensure quality of work in accordance with relevant standards (NFPA, NBC, ISHRAE, IS Codes, and project specifications).

· Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests,



and material requisitions.

· Verify material availability and coordinate procurement requirements.

· Carry out inspections, testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.

· Resolve technical issues and support timely project completion.

· Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Candidate Requirements

· Mandatory experience in FFTG & HVAC construction projects.

· Solid knowledge of PHE, FFTG & HVAC services.

· Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

· Ability to read and understand, also mark observation if required in IFC/shop drawings.

· Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Preferred Skill

· B-Tech, & Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical)

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
