We are seeking an experienced MEP(Electrical) with 10+ years of experience in managing, coordinating, and delivering electrical services across large-scale building and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical design review, installation, testing, commissioning, quality assurance, and project handover while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Location: Mumbai, Goregaon West

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage end-to-end execution of electrical works from design review through commissioning and handover.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, local authority regulations, and applicable industry standards.
- Coordinate electrical activities with MEP, architectural, structural, and project teams.
- Monitor contractor performance and site progress against project schedules.

Electrical Systems Management

- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of:
- HT & LT Systems

- Transformers

- DG Sets

- UPS Systems
- Electrical Panels & Switchgear
- Lighting & Small Power Systems

- Cable Management Systems




- Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems

- Fire Alarm Systems

- ELV System Interfaces

Site Management & Coordination

- Conduct regular site inspections and technical reviews.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.
- Manage RFIs, technical queries, and design coordination activities.

Testing & Commissioning

- Lead testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems.
- Review commissioning plans, procedures, and reports.
- Witness FAT, SAT, integrated systems testing, and performance testing.
- Ensure successful system handover and close-out documentation.

Quality Assurance & HSE

- Implement project quality standards and inspection processes.
- Review ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and secure work practices.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering/ B. Tech Electrical and Electronics.
