JD for MEP Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled MEP Draftsman to join our consultancy team working on Residential, Commercial, Landscape/Garden, Roads & Highway, and Infrastructure Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare MEP working, shop, coordination, and as-built drawings.
- Draft HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Utility service layouts.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural & MEP Engineers for clash-free drawings.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain drawing documentation.
- Support site teams with drawing updates and technical clarifications.

Requirements:

- Diploma/ITI/ in Electrical and Mechanical
- 2 to 3 years of experience in MEP drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience in residential, commercial, landscaping, and infrastructure projects preferred.




- Good understanding of MEP systems, engineering drawings, and drafting standards.
