We give clinics an AI receptionist that answers phone calls in Hindi and English, books appointments, and sends patients WhatsApp confirmations — helping busy clinics provide a better patient experience while reducing missed calls.

The RoleWe are hiring Medical Sales Representatives to introduce DocyLis to doctors and clinics across their city.

You will meet doctors and clinic owners in person, demonstrate our AI receptionist through a live call, explain how it can benefit their practice, and help interested clinics get started with DocyLis.

This is a field-based sales role with direct interaction with doctors and healthcare businesses. You will report directly to the founder.

What You'll Do

- Visit clinics and meet doctors and clinic decision-makers every day.
- Introduce DocyLis to general physicians, dentists, dermatologists, pediatricians, gynecologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Approach clinics, introduce yourself and request a few minutes to understand their current workflow.
- Demonstrate the DocyLis AI receptionist through a live phone call.
- Explain the product, features, pricing and value proposition clearly.
- Handle questions and objections and convert interested clinics into customers.
- Assist new clinics with their initial onboarding and setup.
- Maintain regular professional engagement with onboarded clinics and understand their requirements.
- Build robust relationships with doctors and clinic teams.
- Keep leads, follow-ups,



clinic information and customer activity updated in the DocyLis portal.
- Share feedback from doctors and clinics with the product team.
- Work toward defined monthly sales and business development targets.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in pharma, medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare services or healthcare technology.
- Experience interacting directly with doctors, clinics or other healthcare professionals is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable approaching clinics and starting conversations with doctors and decision-makers.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
- Comfortable demonstrating a technology product to non-technical customers.
- Self-driven and comfortable spending most of the working day in the field.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Own smartphone and a reliable way to travel across the city.
- Graduate in any discipline.
