Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Medical Sales Representative (MR) to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical/healthcare products, developing strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and expanding the business within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and detail pharmaceutical/healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, Stuckists, and key customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, product-wise targets, and territory-wise business objectives.
- Conduct regular doctor and customer visits as per the planned daily call schedule.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product visibility within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage distributors, Stuckists, retailers, and pharmacy networks in the assigned territory.
- Monitor product availability, stock movement, secondary sales, and market potential.
- Conduct product presentations and communicate product benefits effectively.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper implementation of company marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Participate in doctor meetings,



CME activities, conferences, promotional campaigns, and other company initiatives.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments, wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, sales activities, and territory performance.

Candidate Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. candidates will be preferred.
- 0.6 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, medical devices, diagnostics, or related industries.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong business development approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Candidates with experience in doctor detailing, prescription generation, distributor/stockist management, and territory sales will be preferred.
