Job Title: Medical Representative (MR) – Diagnostics

Diagno First Labs is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representatives with experience in Pharma, Hospitals or Diagnostic Laboratories to promote diagnostic services, generate business and develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, specialists and procurement heads to promote diagnostic services and test packages.
- Generate leads and develop referral networks with doctors, general practitioners and clinics.
- Explain diagnostic tests, testing procedures, diagnostic accuracy and equipment benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Organize CME programs, medical camps and health awareness activities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor competitor activities,



market trends and business opportunities.
- Maintain daily call reports (DCR) and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop the assigned territory and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing or Business.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, hospital sales or diagnostic laboratory sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local healthcare market in Patna.
- Strong relationship management and CRM skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive and willing to work in the field.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in diagnostic lab sales, pathology lab sales, pharma sales, hospital business development or doctor relationship management are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
