Job Title: Medical Insurance Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to medical insurance
- Understand customers’ insurance requirements
- Explain health and medical insurance plans
- Guide customers about policy benefits, coverage and terms
- Follow up with interested customers
- Collect and verify required documents
- Coordinate with the backend/insurance team
- Assist customers throughout the policy process
- Maintain good customer relationships

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Convincing and customer-handling ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valuable follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn about insurance products
