We’re hiring: Media Buyer & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

You’ll plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns that generate qualified leads, drive sales, and support sustainable growth for our clients.

This role brings together media buying, growth strategy, creative experimentation, and analytics. We’re looking for someone who understands the full customer journey and can connect campaign decisions to business results.

What you’ll do

- Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Develop media buying strategies aligned with each client’s audience, objectives, and budget.
- Build and improve marketing funnels, from awareness and acquisition to conversion and retention.
- Develop audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue, with an understanding of customer lifetime value.
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign setups.
- Collaborate with our creative, content, design,



and development teams to turn performance insights into stronger campaigns.
- Set up and validate conversion tracking, analytics, attribution, and reporting.
- Translate campaign data into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Explore and apply AI tools for research, creative ideation, automation, analysis, and optimization.

What you’ll bring

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in media buying, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Robust expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus.
- Proven campaign experience across Real Estate, FMCG, SaaS, and eCommerce brands.
- A solid understanding of customer acquisition, marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and campaign scaling.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
- A track record of managing budgets effectively and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ownership of campaign outcomes.
- Practical experience using AI tools, along with the judgment to evaluate their output and apply them effectively.
