MECWEAR INDIA is looking for experienced Mechanical Sales Engineers to join our growing sales team in:

Hyderabad, Telangana

Gujarat

Position: Mechanical Sales Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry Experience: Welding and Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable welding and wear protection solutions.
- Promote MECWEAR products including Welding Electrodes, Welding Wires, Wear Plates, and Thermal Spray Solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert opportunities into orders.
- Develop business with customers across industrial sectors.




- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to provide effective customer solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- 2–5 years of experience in mechanical sales.
- Previous experience in welding products and applications is required.
- Strong understanding of welding, fabrication, wear protection, or industrial equipment.
- Experience dealing with industrial customers is preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to develop new business.
