Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical MEP works at project sites.
- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, civil, electrical, and other project teams.
- Supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, ventilation, and related systems.
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Prepare material requisitions, quantity estimations, and monitor material usage.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve technical issues at site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in MEP projects (commercial, residential, industrial,



or infrastructure projects).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with local and international MEP codes and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP/Navisworks is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,046.00 - ₹40,326.00 per month
