Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Manufacturing Operations Intern role based in Surat. The intern will support day-to-day production activities, including assisting with machine operation, monitoring manufacturing processes, and coordinating with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities include helping with basic equipment maintenance, participating in inspections and quality checks,



and documenting production data and process observations. The intern will work with engineers and technicians to understand manufacturing drawings, support implementation of CAD-based designs on the shop floor, and assist in troubleshooting minor production issues. The role offers hands-on exposure to mechanical systems, manufacturing operations, and practical applications of engineering concepts in an industrial environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, including basic manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to read and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models used in production.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Inspection and quality checking to support dimensional checks, visual inspection, and documentation of results..
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Automotive or industrial components and an interest in manufacturing operations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate effectively with shop floor and engineering teams.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and basic computer literacy for recording production and inspection data.
