Role & responsibilities

- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, including machines, conveyors, and mechanical systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and rectify mechanical faults and issues promptly.
- Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical mechanical components and reduce downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce mechanical safety protocols and standards, conduct safety training, and minimize mechanical hazards in the workplace.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-effective practices and technologies to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
