(3) Assessing the usability, environmental impact and safety of a design.

(4) Using computer -aided design, solid works software to create prototypes.

(5) Collecting and analyzing data from tests on prototypes.

(6) Modifying designs and retesting them.

(7) Writing regular design development report on project.

(8) Experience in Solid Works and sheet metal products / SPM FEA.

(9) Designing of Special Purpose Machines/ Fixture/ Equipment s using Mechanisms, pneumatics hydraulics, Designing of Welded Structures

(10) Good Knowledge of design software packages like Unigraphics is must, exposure to Solid Works FEA; Pro- E with exposure of PLM PDM tools like Team Center engineering will be an added advantage

(11) Knowledge experience in GDT is added advantage.

(12) Knowledge in VBA programming and/or PLC programming is an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

(1)



Minimum 2 year of experience in 3D modeling

(2) Experience in SPM design development

(3) Knowledge of GDT

(4) Positive knowledge of different material properties its application

(5) Able to do engineering calculations for design.

(6) Knowledge in using FEA and have applied in at least 5 machines or product to design it.
