We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assembly Fitter to join our Automation Machine Assembly team. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical assembly, fitting, installation, and testing of automation machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble automation machines, mechanical components, fixtures, and sub-assemblies as per drawings.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
- Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, and basic fabrication work as required.
- Install pneumatic cylinders, guides, bearings, shafts, couplings, and other mechanical components.
- Ensure proper alignment, accuracy, and smooth functioning of assembled machines.
- Carry out machine assembly and troubleshooting during machine trials.
- Coordinate with Design, Electrical, Production, and Quality teams.
- Maintain proper quality and safety standards during assembly.




- Complete assigned assembly work within the given timeline.
- Support machine installation and commissioning at customer locations when required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of mechanical assembly and fitting work.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic components and automation machines.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification ITI – Fitter / Mechanical Trade or equivalent qualification.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in machine assembly, automation, special-purpose machines (SPM), or industrial equipment assembly will be preferred.

Salary

Salary will be as per experience and skill level.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
