We are looking for an experienced MDM Prospecta Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Master Data Management solutions using Prospecta MDO (Master Data Online). The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain master data solutions that improve data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions using Prospecta MDO

- Configure data models, workflows, validation rules, business rules, and governance processes

- Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and deduplication

- Integrate Prospecta with ERP systems such as SAP S4HANA, ECC, and other enterprise applications

- Develop and support data migration, master data harmonization, and data quality initiatives

- Collaborate with Data Governance and Business teams to define master data standards and policies

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements

- Participate in MDM architecture discussions and recommend best practices

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks

Required Skills:

- Strong experience with Prospecta MDO MDM platform

- Knowledge of Master Data Management concepts, Data Governance, and Data Quality





- Experience with SAP Master Data domains such as Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor/Supplier Master, Product Master

- Experience in data migration and data integration projects

- Robust SQL skills and data analysis capabilities

- Understanding of ETL/Data Integration tools

- Knowledge of workflow configuration and business rule implementation

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, Stibo, Profisee, Reltio, or Semarchy

- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

- Understanding of API-based integrations and web services

Soft Skills:

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to work independently with global teams

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Customer-focused mindset with proactive ownership
