- Operate and monitor MDI manufacturing and filling machines.
- Perform dispensing, filling, crimping, gassing, and packing activities as per BMR/SOPs.
- Conduct in-process checks and maintain production records.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle equipment cleaning, line clearance, and changeover activities.
- Report equipment breakdowns, deviations, and quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area.
