We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional to lead this new venture and establish it as a trusted name in the matrimony services industry.

We are seeking an experienced Matrimony Division Manager / Senior Executive with strong leadership, business development, and customer relationship management skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and performance of the Matrimony Division, ensuring exceptional customer service and sustainable business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the recent Matrimony Division.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to establish and expand the matrimony service.
- Drive customer acquisition, membership growth, and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, families, and prospective members.
- Oversee customer onboarding,



profile management, matchmaking coordination, and follow-up activities.
- Develop marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and partnership opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and supervise team members as the division expands.
- Establish operational procedures, service standards, and performance benchmarks.
- Handle high-value customer interactions, escalations, and relationship management.
- Monitor business performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in all operations.
- Identify current opportunities to expand the matrimony business and strengthen its market presence.

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in management, business development, sales, customer relationship management, or service operations.
- Prior experience in the matrimony, hospitality, relationship management, or customer service industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop business, manage targets, and deliver results.




- Excellent customer-handling skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a new business vertical.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, digital platforms, and customer management systems.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi or other languages is an advantage.
- A graduate or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
