About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Instructors to work with children aged 3–15 years. The role involves assessing each child’s ability, providing worksheets, monitoring progress, encouraging independent learning, managing multiple levels, and maintaining regular communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities • Assess individual student ability and progress.

- Check worksheets and homework and identify areas needing attention.
- Select worksheets based on performance and the current focus area.
- Monitor progress and move students to the next level when ready.
- Encourage independent thinking through appropriate questioning and guidance.
- Plan classwork and homework.
- Maintain student records and attendance accurately.
- Organise worksheets and maintain an orderly learning environment.
- Communicate with parents directly, clearly, and in a timely manner.
- Manage approximately 15–20 students per day.
- Follow Kumon standards and centre processes.

Subject Specialisation • Mathematics Instructor – Strong proficiency in Mathematics.



• English Instructor – Robust proficiency in English, both spoken and written. • Mathematics & English Instructor – Good proficiency in both subjects.

Qualification & Experience • Degree in any subject or equivalent diploma. • Freshers are welcome. • Prior experience with children or in education is an added advantage. • Montessori experience is preferred. • Strong Mathematics and/or English proficiency, depending on the role. • Spoken English is mandatory. • Kannada is preferred.
