Role Overview We're looking for a Marketplace E-commerce Executive to run Knya's day-to-day presence on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Ajio. You'll own how our products show up, how they're priced, whether they're in stock, and how they sell.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives inside seller panels, spots a dip before anyone asks, and knows that a great listing and a healthy account are what turn browsers into buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Listings and Catalogue Create, update and maintain product listings across all marketplaces with accurate titles, images, sizes, colours and attributes. Keep content sharp and search-friendly so healthcare professionals find the right scrubs, lab coats and accessories fast.

Launch new products and collections on time, in sync with our D2C site. Inventory and Operations Track stock levels by SKU and channel, and flag replenishment needs early to avoid stock-outs.

Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain teams on POs,



inbound shipments and fulfilment centre (FBA, SmartR and similar) dispatches. Manage returns, claims and reimbursements, and push back on incorrect charges.

in Pricing, Promotions and Growth Set up and monitor pricing, coupons, deals and sale events (Prime Day, Big Billion Days, EORS and more). Run and optimise marketplace ads with a clear eye on ROAS and ACoS.

Track competitor pricing, assortment and ratings, and bring back ideas we should test. Account Health and Reporting Keep seller accounts healthy. Stay on top of performance metrics, policy updates and any listing suppressions.

Monitor ratings and reviews, and share recurring customer feedback with product and quality teams. Build weekly and monthly reports on sales, traffic, conversion and inventory, and reconcile settlements with finance.

Must Haves 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing seller accounts on Amazon and/or Flipkart, ideally for an apparel, fashion or D2C brand.

Working knowledge of seller central panels, catalogue uploads (flat files/bulk templates) and marketplace ad tools. Robust Excel or Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots) and comfort working with data every day.

Sharp attention to detail. One wrong size chart or price can cost us.

Ownership mindset. You follow things through to closure without being chased. Valuable to Have Experience with Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion or Tata CLiQ seller panels.

Exposure to marketplace settlement reconciliation and claims management. Familiarity with tools like Unicommerce, EasyEcom or similar OMS platforms.

Basic image or content editing skills for quick listing fixes. Genuine curiosity about the healthcare professionals we build for.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
