Position - Marketing Manager (Service Industry Medtech Experience)

Experience - 12 to 14 yrs

Education - MBA (Marketing/ Strategy) & Engineering Background

The Strategy & Marketing Manager will serve as the second-in-command to the Head of Strategy & Marketing and will be responsible for driving execution of SJML's growth agenda across Funnel Generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Strategic Accounts, Events, Branding & Positioning, and Digital Marketing.

This role is not a conventional marketing role. The Manager will function as a growth leader responsible for translating business objectives into measurable pipeline generation, strategic account penetration, market positioning, and revenue outcomes.

The individual will own cross-functional execution involving Marketing, Business Development, Design & Engineering, Manufacturing, QARA, Leadership Team, External Agencies, and Industry Partners.

Specific Skill





· Strategic marketing and growth leadership with robust revenue ownership mindset.

· Funnel generation expertise across inbound, outbound, SEO, content, nurturing, website conversion, and marketing automation.

· Account-Based Marketing skills including account planning, stakeholder mapping, CXO engagement, and strategic account penetration.

· Event marketing capability with experience in pre-event targeting, meeting generation, event ROI tracking, and post-event nurturing.

· Brand positioning and thought leadership skills across PR, messaging, content, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and LinkedIn.

· Digital marketing and marketing operations experience, including dashboards, CRM alignment, lead tracking, analytics, and campaign performance.

- Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, BD, Design & Engineering, Manufacturing, QARA, leadership, agencies, and partners.
