Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketplace Ads Executive to manage and scale advertising across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Quick Commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for campaign execution, optimization, performance analysis and efficient utilization of advertising budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & Q-commerce.
- Plan and execute campaigns based on sales, visibility, profitability and business targets.
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, Spend & Ad Sales.
- Perform keyword, search-term, bid, placement and product-level optimization.
- Allocate budgets across campaigns, SKUs and platforms based on performance.
- Analyze SKU, category, competitor and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan advertising strategies for new launches, hero SKUs, promotions and major sale events.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Content, Supply Chain and Finance teams to improve overall performance.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously identify opportunities to improve advertising efficiency.
- Ensure advertising spend is aligned with inventory availability and marketplace sales objectives.

Key Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads; Myntra/Q-commerce experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR and Conversion Rate.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of SKU-level sales, pricing, discounts, inventory and profitability.
- Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG or D2C is preferred.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
