The Role

We're looking for a creative, driven Marketing & PR Executive to own and elevate REVIV's brand presence in Mumbai. This isn't a role where you sit behind a desk pushing out content calendars in isolation - you'll be at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, working across digital, influencer, PR, and on-ground experiences to bring a globally recognized wellness brand to life, locally.

What You'll Own

Research & Strategy

Stay ahead of digital trends, scope out collaboration opportunities, and shape quarterly marketing plans that blend digital campaigns, on-ground activations, and PR.

Budgets & Performance

Forecast and negotiate marketing budgets, track revenue generated from your campaigns, and turn data into smarter decisions.

Digital Presence

Run the show across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, GMB,



and the website - from content strategy to SEO-friendly copy to community engagement that actually builds loyalty.

Performance Marketing

Develop ad strategies across Google, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and work hand-in-hand with agencies to optimize what's working.

Influencer Marketing

Scout the right voices, build real partnerships, and negotiate deals that align with REVIV's brand.

Shoots & Content

Lead shoot planning from concept to wrap - coordinating influencers, media professionals, and internal teams to bring campaigns to life.

PR

Build REVIV's media presence, liaise with journalists and editorial teams, represent the brand at pop-ups and events, and nurture relationships that open doors.

Beyond the Brief

Support franchise partners, collaborate across departments, and keep growing through hands-on learning and development opportunities.

What You Bring

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven chops in digital marketing or social media management
- Comfort with data - Excel, Google Analytics, and turning numbers into insight
- A working knowledge of SEO
- Sharp negotiation skills and the confidence to close a deal
- Excellent communication - you can pitch to a journalist and brief a designer in the same afternoon
