About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in the commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting our products, and supporting sales growth across commercial kitchens, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, educational institutions, caterers, and other institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, market research, references, digital platforms, and lead generation.
- Visit hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, hospitals, hostels, educational institutions, caterers, and other commercial establishments to generate enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable kitchen equipment and solutions.
- Promote the company's range of commercial kitchen equipment, fabrication, and related products.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and develop new customer networks.
- Coordinate with the production, design, estimation, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the sales/estimation team.




- Conduct competitor and market analysis to understand pricing, products, customer requirements, and market trends.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, product demonstrations, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the management.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media promotion, WhatsApp marketing, and online lead generation, where required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, stainless-steel fabrication, industrial equipment, hospitality equipment, or a related manufacturing industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit customer sites.
- Ability to generate leads independently and follow up consistently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu market will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,566.07 - ₹30,842.36 per month
