About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with 4–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT/technology sector. The candidate should have strong client-handling skills, a valuable understanding of IT solutions and projects, and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for IT products, services, and solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients.
- Handle existing and prospective clients, understand their requirements, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand IT projects, software solutions, digital services, and technology offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and project teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable marketing proposals.
- Generate and manage leads through digital marketing, networking, events, campaigns, and other channels.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, company profiles, and marketing materials for client meetings.
- Manage client meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and business discussions.
- Track marketing performance, leads, conversions, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Support the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets.




- Build and maintain the company’s brand presence across relevant digital and professional platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in the IT/Software/Technology industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, software projects, digital services, or technology products.
- Excellent client-handling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, business development, and client relationship management.
- Solid follow-up, reporting, planning, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.

Preferred
- Experience in B2B IT marketing or technology solution marketing.
- Experience working with software development companies, IT service providers, or digital solution companies.
- Existing professional network within the IT/business sector will be an advantage.
