WE’RE HIRING – MARKETING MANAGER

Organization: Pallavi International School

Location: Bachupally & Gowdavalli, Hyderabad

Experience: 3+ years in School/Education Marketing

Salary: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for both branches.
- Drive admission enquiries, campus visits, applications, and student enrolments.
- Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, website content, and online campaigns.
- Strengthen school branding and ensure consistent communication across both branches.
- Plan and execute Open Houses, education fairs, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Conduct local area marketing through communities, corporates, preschools, activity centres, and other relevant networks.
- Manage outdoor marketing activities such as hoardings, kiosks, flyers, and community activations.
- Track and analyse marketing leads, campaign performance, enquiry sources, and admission conversions.
- Conduct competitor and market research and provide insights to the management.




- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, advertising agencies, designers, photographers, printers, and event vendors.
- Work closely with the Admissions team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and monitor branch-wise marketing performance.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in school/education marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of school admissions and lead generation.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, branding, and local area marketing.
- Solid communication, networking, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage marketing activities across two school branches.
- Candidates with experience in K12/international schools will be preferred.
