About the role The Marketing Manager drives integrated brand, content, digital, and field marketing programs to build preference, sharpen differentiation, and generate pipeline impact. The role focuses on translating business priorities into content-led campaigns, strengthening iValue's positioning as a Strategic Technology Advisor, building trust with OEMs, partners, and enterprise customers, and contributing to measurable growth outcomes.

Key Result Areas

Brand and Content-led execution

- Develop and execute brand and content initiatives by creating differentiated narratives and high-impact assets (white papers, case studies, blogs, LinkedIn posts, news articles, POV, digital and field content) aligned to business priorities and target audiences.
- Manage end-to-end content execution from research, writing, and design collaboration to publishing and distribution across PR, digital, and field channels, at the same time ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual quality.
- Support content performance and stakeholder alignment by working closely with sales, partners, and OEM teams, tracking engagement metrics,



and refining messaging to improve trust, reach, and demand outcomes.

Digital and field-integrated marketing execution

- Plan and execute high-impact field marketing programs, including executive roundtables, industry events, webinars, and curated engagements aligned to strategic accounts and business priorities that are content-led and integrated with both offline and online marketing channels.
- Actively expand opt-in list through integrated inbound and outbound campaigns that add value to OEM, Partners, and end customers.
- Collaborate closely with sales and OEM marketing teams to tailor narratives, localize campaigns, and drive meaningful stakeholder conversations and pipeline impact.
- AI-first mindset with hands-on familiarity with AI tools to accelerate content, campaigns, and productivity, combined with a basic understanding of integrating AI with CRM/MAP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) using APIs and data connectors.

Program Management Measurement

- Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns and events, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Track engagement metrics, campaign performance, and qualitative feedback.
- Continuously refine programs to improve reach, relevance, and drive measurable impact on pipeline,



deal velocity, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements and Skills

- 6 to 8 years of B2B marketing experience, with exposure to creative, content, and experiential marketing, integrated campaigns, or industry marketing.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative, content-led integrated programs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Manage end-to-end lead generation and follow-through, ensuring discipline across marketing activities and handoffs.

Functional and Technical Competencies

- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience across marketing automation, CRM, and digital campaign platforms, enabling effective execution of integrated marketing programs. Strong working knowledge of website management (CMS), SEO, basic HTML, landing page optimization, Google Analytics (GA4), paid and organic LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools such as Power BI for reporting and insights.
- Relevant certifications (preferred, not mandatory) in HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, SEO, or Google Analytics (GA4).

Education/Knowledge

- Graduate/MBA
