Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage the hospitals overall marketing activities, including digital and offline marketing.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and business growth.

- Lead the digital marketing and social media team and monitor campaign performance.

- Plan and execute digital campaigns, advertisements, promotional activities, medical camps, outreach programs, and canvassing initiatives.

- Develop effective patient acquisition strategies for India, GCC, and other international markets.

- Identify new markets, partnerships, collaborations, and business development opportunities.

- Establish marketing plans, standards, campaigns, and execution processes.

- Monitor current digital marketing, social media, healthcare marketing, and market trends.

- Analyze campaign performance, lead generation, patient conversion, and ROI.

- Prepare regular marketing reports and performance updates for management.

- Coordinate with internal departments,



external agencies, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing.

- Solid experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, branding, and business development.

- Proven experience in team leadership, particularly managing digital/social media marketing teams.

- Experience in patient acquisition and healthcare marketing.

- Exposure to GCC and international patient marketing will be an advantage.

- Strong understanding of current marketing trends, digital platforms, advertising, and lead-generation strategies.

- Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and leadership skills.
