As part of our growing client portfolio, we are working with a real estate client in Palghar for an upcoming residential project. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to manage and execute marketing activities for the project.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to manage and execute marketing activities for an upcoming real estate project in Palghar.

The project is currently in its initial construction stage, and the role will focus on creating brand awareness, generating quality leads, promoting the project and its location, and building a strong digital presence.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing, social media, lead generation, local marketing, campaign execution, and real estate marketing.

The candidate will work closely with the sales, social media, creative, and project teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate awareness, enquiries, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities for the real estate project.
- Develop and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate content requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, and digital marketing teams.
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Develop marketing strategies around the project's location, connectivity, amenities, USPs, and future development.




- Coordinate property photoshoots, video shoots, site visits, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor projects, marketing activities, and real estate trends in Palghar and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality, customer requirements, and feedback.
- Track marketing leads, enquiries, campaigns, and overall campaign performance.
- Assist with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Prepare basic marketing reports covering leads, enquiries, campaigns, and performance.
- Support promotional activities including brochures, hoardings, events, local activations, property exhibitions, and other branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing requirements.
- Ensure all marketing communication accurately represents the current stage, features, and information of the project.
- Support the team in developing new marketing ideas and promotional strategies.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, digital marketing, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in marketing may also be considered.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile will be an advantage.
- Understanding of local marketing and lead-generation activities.
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Excel,



and Google Workspace will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Palghar and surrounding areas is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits, events, shoots, client meetings, and marketing activities.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment. They should be able to understand the project's location, vision, features, USPs, and development journey and translate them into effective marketing campaigns that generate awareness and enquiries.

The candidate should also be comfortable working both online and on-ground, coordinating with different teams, vendors, and customers, and taking ownership of assigned marketing activities.
